Strategic Consulting
Services Skyweb Technologies provides software consulting services to assist clients in various aspects of software development, including but not limited to design, development, testing, and maintenance.

Consulting Engagement
Skyweb Technologies will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored consulting solutions.
The scope of consulting services will be defined in a mutually agreed upon contract or statement of work (SOW).
Any changes to the scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property developed during the consulting engagement will belong to the client unless otherwise specified in the contract.
Skyweb Technologies retains the right to utilize general knowledge, skills, and methodologies gained during the consulting engagement for future projects.

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the consulting engagement.
Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business plans, strategies, and technical specifications.

Payment
Payment terms will be outlined in the contract or SOW.
Skyweb Technologies reserves the right to invoice for services rendered according to the agreed-upon schedule.
Late payments may incur interest or penalties as outlined in the contract.

Termination
Either party may terminate the consulting engagement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms or fails to perform its obligations.
Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered will become due immediately.

Limitation of Liability
Skyweb Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the consulting engagement.
In no event shall Skyweb Technologies’ total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the consulting services.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Amendment
Skyweb Technologies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
